MONTHLY MEETING. • The monthly meeting of the Masterton Trust Lands Trustees was held last evening, there being present: Messrs W. H. Jackson (chairman), R. Krahagen, T. Wagg, A. W. Hogg, A. J. McEwen, 0. Pragnell, D. Gaselberg, and C. E. Daniell. Heron wrote, accepting tllie proposed rental, but asking for ian extension of his lease from fourteen to twenty-one years.—Dealt with by the Building Committee, which recommended that itihe period of the lease be extended to twenty-one years. The Rev. Father Harnett as],-™] for a grant for an agricultural plot at St. Patrick's School.—To be considered when the estimates are beintf dealt with. The _ Masterton Municipal Brass Band informed, the Trustees that the band ihiad given six public performances since March 31st, 1913. Accounts amounting to £232 7s 4d wero passed for payment.
