The Trustee 0 of the Duk© of B©uford'a estate are appealing to restrain the Leeds Corporation from permitting the celebration of the "Woodhouse Feast," which has been held annually for the last two hundred years, on the ground that it is a nuisance, and inflicts injury on those living roundabout. It consists •of switchbacks, helter-skelters, shoot-ing-down. steam organs, motor-horns, . and megaphones lasting until fright, after which menageries of wild are roaring all night.
