The Powers will content themselves with an expression of strong disapproval, but h ill not make an attempt to mediate. TURKEY AND BULGARIA. EVACUATION AGREED UPON. It is understood that Bulgaria has agreed to the Porte's demand for evacuation on condition that Turkish troops do not cross the frontier and attack Bulgaria.
