The Daily Tv-lfgraph's Bucharest correspondent is 'informed that in the event of war between Bulgaria and Servia, the Roumanian ana Servian troops will cross the Danube. It is believed that France and Russia have instigated a threat a« a warning to Bulgaria not to defy the will of United Europe.

AN AUSTRIAN VIEW. HOPE OF SETTLEMENT. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) VIENNA, Jane 28. Count Sttiergkh, Prime Minister, speaking in the Reichsrath, stated that the Balkan tension was less acute and he was hopeful of a pacific settlement.
BULGARIAN MEMORANDUM. CLAIM TO CONTESTED ZONE. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) SOFIA, June 28. The Bulgarian memorandum to Russia claims the contested zome on ethnological grounds. It suggests that, if Russia is not disposed to assign the whole territory, a plebiscite be taken over the disputed districts. The memorandum recalls the fact that Alexander 11., under the San Stefano Treaty, declared that Macedonia was Bulgarian soil.
