FEDERALS SUFFER DEFEAT
(Received Last Night 5.5 o'clock.) WASHINGTON, June 28. Advioos received state that tho fighting around Quay~na s resulted in the defeat of the Federal forces under General Ojedy. The troops are now investing the town. If the town is captured the Federal forc&s will be completely wiped outof Northern Mexico. The American Senate again discussed the question of recognising General Huerta as President, but there is a feeling against such an action being taken, in consequence of the disturbed state of Moxieo.
