M. PONICARE IN LONDON. (Received June 28, 8 a.m.) LONDON, June 27. A Foreign Office banquet to M. Poincare (the French President) preceded the State ball. There were 2500 guests. M. Poincaire and M. Pichon (French Foreign Minister) had a long conference with Sir Edward Grey (Secretary of State for Foreign Aiffairs), and Sir Arthur Nicolson (Permanent Under-Secretary to the Foreign Office). There was a discussion op. the Balkans question and on. practically all matters of mutual interest to France and Britain. No document was signed, but complete accord was revealed. The King and other Royal personages fare welled M, Poincare and M. Pichon at Victoria Station.
