WASHINGTON, June 24
Mr W. J. Bryan, Under-Secretary far State, informed the Russian Ambassador that he would be glad to make a new Trade Treaty, despite ihe trouble regarding the admission of American Jews to Russia. M. Bakhmeitiff has communicated to Russia Mr Bryan's desire. It is understood that Mr Bryan is anxious to test Russian opinion as to whether concessions to American Jew g are likely to be offered.
