A SERVIAN NOTE. THE TREATY ABROGATED. (Received List Night, 9.50 o'clock.) BELGRADE, Jvui,.- 2-5. The Servian.Note to Buigari; asserts that the course of the war ha: so modified the treaty as to make it obligatory value questionable. Sorvii's rights were greater because the Allies had conquered more territory ' than they fcad contemplated. The great Powers had also allowed Bulgaria to retain Thrace and Adrianople, and had deprived Servia of like .> important territory and presented it? 'to' Albania. ■,..' Servm claims territory for ail the sacrifices she has made on behalf of Bulgaria, for which the treaty had not provided. Both Servia and Bulgaria had agreed to provide 100,000 troops for the Vardar operations, but Bulgaria had not fulfilled her obliga- ' turn's. Servia was compelled to take up the when Turkey agreed -W cede the^wnesir-which, the treaty agreed to conqnoiv : ; ject of the war had been attained, bu: Bulgaria had demanded the cession of Thrace and Adrinnonte.
