Dr Ingram, Bishop of London, headed 150,000 London Churchmen who held a demonstration in Hyde Park against the Welsh Church Disestablishment Bill. (Received June 23, 9.35 a.m.) LONDON, Juno 22. Nine hundred and twenty-two Lon» don district parishes were represented at the Hyde Park demonstration,, which was preceded by intercession services in the chief churches.
The Bishops of Bangor and St. Asaph headed . the Welsh delegates. Twelve platforms were used.
It wias resolved—"We will not have our Church dismembered and four of its dioceses disendowed." ,
