The drarha entitled "The Dawning" was one of the finest films ever presented in Masterton. Mr Joe Prechner, the world's feather-weight wrestling champion, gave an exhibition of muscle posing, for which he was loudly applauded. Mrs Attman, an elocutionary medallist, -who was to have given a selected reading, was prevented through sickness in her family, from being present. At an interval in the proceedings, the Mayor and Mr G. K. Sykes, M.P., returned ;| w" thanks to the Cooitnittee, the Masterf«. t"n Picture and Entertainment Oom-w-<»any, the orchestra, and All who-had V contributed towards the siiccess of the -', entertainment.
