GERMANY DEFEATS FRANCE
(Received Last Night 9 o'clock.) BERLIN, June 6.
Playing in the Davis Cup preliminary ties at' Wiesbaden, Kleinschroth and Rahe (Germany) defeated Decaqis and Gol>ert (France) in tho doubles, tlio scores being 7 —5, 6— i, 4—6, 9—7.
Tho contest was a splendid one. The Germans' .supreme endurance enabled them to win. In tho Singles Rahe defeated Gobert 6—l, 6—l", 6—l, Germany thus winning the whole contest.
