TO DAY'S WEATHER.
NEW ZEALAND FORECAST. WELLINGTON, Last Night. , The Rev. D. C. Bates, of the Meteorological Office, this evening nred as follows: West to south-westerly winds have .prevailed, strong to gale in- parts. The weather has been xmsettled and showery, especially on the West Coast. The barometer rose in the south; during the night, but is still falling slowly in the north, and is unsteady at the Bluff. Present indications are for west to south-westerly winds, strong to gale; changeable and showery weather generally. The barometer is unsteady, but will probably rise everywhere shortly.
