In the case in which Miss Marie Corelli, the novelist, brought an action against Mr George Gray, who.is known so generally throughout the music-hall profession as the "fighting parson," from his sketch of that name, for an alleged infringement of her novel "Temporal Power," judgment was for plaintiff.

An inquiry, into Gray's profits to guide the Court in the assessment of damages has been stayed, pending an appeal. '
