It is reported in well-informed circles that Roumauia twice offered to assist Bulgaria against Servia.

(Received Last Night, 11.30 o'clock.) BELGRADE, June 4. There is a growing popular agitation against M. Pasics' indecisiveness. Tho Opposition warns the Government against losing valuable, time in idle negotiations. Acting on instructions from heacU quarters, the Servian Commaifdant requested the Bulgarians to withdraw from their position at Islib, and the Bulgarians acquiesced.

It is reported 'that Greece and Bulgaria are willing to refer the question of the occupation, of Salonika to arbitration. 1 , ■-*■•' ■ Bulgaria is willing to accept the six Powers' decision, but Greece desires that of the Triple Entente.
