(Received Ma y29, 9 a.m.) . LONDON, May 28. The case has concluded in Trhicft Oswald Forbes, as a common informer, sued Sir Stuart Samuel, claiming £46,000 as penalties against Sir Stuart far sitting ..nd voting in theHouse of Commons wb?n he was not legally entitled to do so.

The jugdinent declared that illegal voting by Sir Stuart had been proved, but that Forbe's claim was barred by previous writs issued by informers named Burnett and Chambars. s

The Judge added that the three informers had proceeded "under the wrong Statute. Judgment was therefore- tapered for defendant, with costs.
