SIR E. GREY COMPLIMENTED.
TURKEY WILLING TO SIGN
(Received May 29, 10 a.m.) LONDON, May 28
At yesterday's interview between the pjace delegates and Sir Edward Grey, Secretary of State for War, Turkey expressed her willingness to sign the peace treaty. Sir Edward Grey hinted at the possibility of Bulgaria and Turkey signing separata peace treaties. The Montenegrin delegate was not given a*n interview. Some of the delegates are incensed at what they call Sir Edward Gcey's brutal plainness.
Several of the newspapers make complimentary references to Sir Edward Grey's ultimatum. Sir E. Groy intimated to the Balkan Allies' delegates that it was useless for those who were not prepared to sign the treaty to remain in England.
A GENERAL IMPRESSION. (.Received May 29, 1 p.m.) LONDON, May 28. There is a general impression that Servia and Greece will sign the draft treaty under pressure. BULGARIANS PREPARING FOR ATTACK ON GREEKS.

The Bulgarians have placed artillery on the lulls at Pravi, and are preparing to \ attack Eleftera. GREEKS AUTHORISED TO SIGN. (Received Last Night, 11.20 o'clock.) 1 LONDON, May 29. The Greek delegates to the Peace Conference have been authorised to sign the peace treaty, and Servia is expected to sign simultaneously with all tb9 others to-morrow. A SERVIAN OPINION. (Received Last Night, 11.20 o'clock.) BELGRADE, May 29. M. Pasics, speaking in the Skupshtina, said the treaty with Bulgaria was based, o» hypotlie^is x „kut this tad "eSceeaed its scope. The ?o"wers annulled the vital clause and forced Servia to abandon the outlet to the Adriatic and the Albanian territory was earmarked. The conquered were therefore entitled to compensation elsewhere, which Bulgaria refused. Moreover, owing to the prolongation of the war Bulgaria ask:d, and secure, Servia's help, including fifty thousand mem and part of the seige artillery to enable her to canture Adriamople. M. Pasics emphasised the fact that Servia is on friendly terms with Bulgaria and intends'to maintain the alliane? in year's to come. The speech made a good impression.
