"Hack" means a horse that has not won a race at time of entry of the value of 100 sovs, or races of the collective value of 250 sovs. RE-HANDICAPS. The winner of any race after the declaration of weights shall be liable to be re-handicapped to the limit of: (a) In Flat Races a further 101b for on© win, and 61b for every additional win.
