When posting a parcel for which t return receipt is desired the sender will fill in a card, to be obtained at any post office. The caTd will be forwarded with the parcel, and the addressee requested to Bign the re* ceipt, which will them be returned to sender through the post. Parcels: From January tot, 1919, the Inland Paroel Bates will be reduced to ud for the first pound and a lid for each succeeding pound.
