"ItETJREAT FROM MOSCOW."
The picture-loving public of M i.storton will 'be afforded a- last opportunity to-night of witnessing at the Town Hall thrt thrillingly realistic picture that depicts '"Napoleon's Retreat from Moscow." Tho film' is several thousand feet in length, and unfolds the great military incident of last century with great fidelity. The educational value of this kinematographii'c reproduction of a famous historic event cannot be over-estimated. It is expected, therefore, that there will be another crowded house tonight. The star film is supported.by a very strong collection of dramatic, scenic; coraip ans toxical subjects, all of which are germs in their 6wii particular lino. Another eye-opener is provided for the change of programme to-morrow night.

"PLOT AND COUNTERPLOT."
Despite contrary weather conditions last evening, a good, audience attended tlie second screening of the current change at the T.P. Electric Theatre. The star item, "Plot and Counterplot," .again proved very popular. It is produced in the usual finished style of the Cines Company, the acting, scenery and staging being perfect. The story., which is of a mansion robbery and the subsequent detective researches, is brilliant and exciting throughout. ' The ingenious and decisive manner in which the culprits are brought to justice call for special note, and materially aid a superb production. The second 1 big photo-drama was a 2500 foot Indian drama, entitled "A Redmaft's Conscience." It is m fine film, and contains many exciting and interesting features. A film .which Droved of special interest to the fair sex was the Nordisk drama, "An Orphan's Conquest," which was a sentimental drama played in this company's irreproachable style. It showed the victory of a poor young orphan girl over a rich young lady in gaining the love of a certain gentleman. The ways which are introduced by imdulgeait parents in trying to thwart the girl make a very pretty and interesting drama. The scenic and comic element was well represented in the change, and included "Christiana," "Oasis of.the Sahara," "Fire Fighters of Milan," "Tweedle's Duel," "The Peace Offering." and "Bloomer's Boxing Mntoh." This programme will be repeated this evening. For to-morrow's (Wednesday) change, a big exclusive entitled "His Brother's Crime," will be shown.
