ARRIVES IN SEPTEMBICR
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON", Last Night. The Prime Minister received information that Mr E. H. Hiley, the newly-appointed General of New Zealand Railways, mil arrive in the Dominion some time during the month of September. He will come via Canada and the United Slates, making inspection of the railway systems of those countries, so as to be equipped with the latest information regarding railway development tilers.
