STREET CAR STRIKE.
CREWS BEATEN INTO INSENSIBILITY. (Received May 19, 8.5 a;m.) NEW YORK, May 18. Thetre have been continuous .riots in connection with the street-car employ* oes' strike in Cincinnati. Strikers hurled from the first floor windows steel .beams and bags of cement in their .efforts to derail the cars. ■ > Several car orews were beaten into insensibility. Thia .police are powerless, and the State Governor has refused ,to call out the troops.
