(By Telegraph.—-Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Last Night. At a public meeting in Petone, an address was given by Mr T. Town&end on political reform, and the restrictions placed on the Civil Servants. The meeting carried a resolution protesting against the restrictions now placed on railway _ and Civil Servants in local and political matters, and demanding that the Government introduce legislation to give alt Government employees full civil and .political rights.
