The winner of any race after the declaration of weights shall be liable to be re-handicapped to the limit of: (a) In Flat Races a further 101b for one win, and 61b for every additidnal win. (b) In Hurdle Paces a further 101b for one. win, and 71b for every additional win. * Owners are responsible for all pen■altiea .and allowances.
