"Hack" means a horse that has? not won a race atjtime of entry of the value, of 100 sovs, or races of the collective value of 250 sovs. RE-HANDICAPS. The winner of any race after the declaration of weights shall be liable to be re-handicapped to the limit of: (a) In Flat Races a further 101b for one win, and 6lb for every additional win. v (b) In Hturdle Races a further 101b for on© win, and 71b for every additional win. • Owners are responsible for all penalties and allowances.
