LOiNJX)N, May. 8. Bishop Neligan, formerly of New Zealand, in. a letter to the Times, urges a national scheme to compel every .school in the United Kingdom to provide a Cadet corps. He eulogises the New Zealand Cadet system, which paved the way for universaJ service. H e adds that New Zealand is suffering .from the evils of secular education, but universal training its acting as a partial corrective.
