MASS MEETING OF WORKERS. (By Telegraph. — Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Thursday: It is understood that a mass meeting <of all .worker*. Unionists and nonJjnionists, -engagea in the frozen meat industry, is to be held in the Trades Hall on -Sunday, to discuss matters jn connection with the present position of affairs at Smithfield and Pareqra. A special meeting of the Canterbury Frozen Meat "Workers," Bacon and Manure Workers' Union, , hasbeen called for' Saturday night, to discuss matters connected with the industry'.
