LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL.
"No appointments have yet been made to lie Legislative Council," the Hon. W. F. Massey informed a Post reporter yesterday afternoon. "iWe are waiting for a fuller meeting of Cabinet than, can be obtained at present.
"The Bill for the reform of the Council will be brought down again, next session," the Premier added, "and .we intend to do our best to get it placed on the Statute Book."
