VALIDO SOLD. (Received Last Night, 10 o'clock.) SYDNEY May, 5. Mr G. D. Greenwood, the New Zealand sportsman, has sold Valido toMr A. Cooper for 500 guineas. [The sale of Valido is no doubt the result «Df Mr Greenwood's dissatisfaction with an inquiry held into the horse's running at the recent A.J.C meeting, when the stewards looked upon Valido's form as inconsistent. Mr Greenwood appealed against the stewards' decision, but the first excision was allowed to stand.]
