TO-DAY'S WEATHER.
NEW ZEALAND FORECAST. WELLINGTON, Last Night. The Rev. D. C. Bates, of the Meteorological Office, this evening wired as follows: The 'low .pressure Inns .continued in the north, for an unusual time. Strong (southerly winds, and cold and showery weather have prevailed, but the winds and weather have moderated somewhat to-day in mast parts of the country. Present indications are for a temporary improvement in tlio weather. A redistribution of pressuro will probably take place. t'i barometer rising temporarily in the North, and falling slowly for a short time in the South. Cold and changeable weather, with moderate to strong and more- variable winds , ruling in the immediate future.
