IN PORTUGAL.
CONSPIRATORS BUSY. (Received April 80, 11 a.m.) LISBON, April 29. The newspapers assert that conspirators have formed a Ministry wnder Senhor Lima (an ex-Premier), who is at present at Zurich, Switzerland. There was a mysterious occnrrenea aboard the cruiser Sao, Gabriel. Several shots were fired seawards. The crew were paraded, but the culprits were not detected.
