CORRESPONDENCE
(To the Editor.) Sir,—ln reply to "Inquisitive," I like to soo my critic. It is hardly worth replying to an opponent standing behind a hedge with his head in a shell. What I advocated was to bring the buyer** and 1 sellers together, and to, eliminate the middlemen as fas as' possible. That would be the means of cheapening the bumpkin's oatmeal. He was too dense to understand. Our social system requires a certain number of middlemen. —I am, etc., W. L. FALCONER. Masterton, April 29, 1913.
