TWO FRENCH OFFICERS KILLED OTHER PERSONS INJURED. ('Received April 29, 11 a.m.) PARIS, April 28. An Annamese threw a bomb in a crowded cafe at Hanoi, killing Majors Ahatius and Mongrent and wounding six Europeans and five natives. The murderer escaped. Many arrests have been, made. The plot was hatched in China, whence revolutionaries are subsidising the Annamese revolutionaries in Hanoi. The police discovered other bombs recently.
