A BILL INTRODUCED. (Received Last Night, 10 o'clock.) SAN FRANCISCO, April 28. Senator Thompson is drafting a law barring land ownership by those races which the Federal law declares ineligible. A Citizenship Bill will be submitted immediately Mr Bryan returns.

Mr Bryan decided to delete the paragraph providing for the suspension, of warlike preparations, while the Peace Court i s investigating such a point. The President thought it best to anange with the individxial nations.
