A HUGE PETITION. ( Received This Morning, 12.23 o'clock.) LONDON, April 22. Petitions; representing 100,000 women, will be presented in the House of Commons to-morrow, requesting permission to appear at the Bar to plead for enfranchisement. Distraint has been levied upon the Duchess of Bedford, lor refusing to pay taxes for a period of eight monhts as a protest against the Government's ivusal to grant female suffrage.
