"Hack" means a horse that has not won a race at time of entry of the value of 100 sovs; or races of» the collective value of 2->0 sovs. RE-HANDICAPS. The witwier of any race alter the declaration of weights shall be liable to be re-handicapped to the limit of: (a) In Flat Races a further JOlb for one win, and 61b for every additional win. (bV In Hurdle iltaoes a further 101b for one win, and 71b for every additional win. Owners are responsible for all penalties and allowances.
