THREE LIVES LOST. (Received this morning 12.25 o'clock.) PARIS, April 21. A motor car skidded at a. crossing at a. bridge, and fell into the Seine. The governess a-nd f>M> children of Madame Duncan, the I'anmus dancer, were drovwiod, Tho chauffeur, who \va< arrested, stated that h.e pulled up suddenly to avoid another car. and got down to re-start it. When ho turned the handle the car hounded forward into the river
