BACK QUALIFICATIONS. "Hack" means a horse that has not won a race at time of entiv of the valuo of 1(K) sovs, or races of the collective value of 250 sovs. RE-HANDTOAPS. The wiiiiiiei' of a.ny race after tlie declaration of weights shall be liable to be re-handicapped to the limit of : (a) Tm Flat Knees a further 101b for orio win, and 61b for every additional win. (b) In Hurdle Races a further 101b for one win, and 71b for every additional win. Owners are responsible for all penalties* and allowance*.
