THE NANCY INCIDENT.

FRENCH POLICEMEN DISMISSED. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) PARIS, April 20. The Government dismissed two policemen for not protecting the German merchants, who were maltreated by a mob at the Nancy railway station, and is reorganising the Nancy police force. The Prefect, m charge of the station, was transferred to another department for neglecting to report the incident. The German Ambassador has been notified of the dismissals.
