CLEARING SALE. Messrs James Mcintosh and Co. report having held a very successful clearing sale at Carterton on Tuesday. April I.sth, when they sold the whole of Mr R. l'\ Latham's horses. Jiarnefis and implements. There was a very good attendance of buyers from all over the district, consequently bidding wa tS very 'brisk, and we are pleased to say everything sold well. Harness and implements were well competed iW; 1 and brought very satisfactory prices.
