ATTEMPTED OUTRAGE.
BOMB OPPORTUNELY FOUND. CLOSE TO HANK OK ENGLAND. (Received April 15, 2 p.m.) London; April 14. 'I lie poliea discovered inside the railings of the Bank of England premises a bomb timed to explode at rnidnght. -It-contained three ounces of gunpowder, some inetal. also a hairpin. The bomb contained a watch attachment for explocliiig it, but was clumsily fittod. Had the bomb exploded in a crowded thoroughfare a number would probably have been injured.
