TO-DAY'S WEATHER.
NEW ZEALAND FORECAST. WELLINGTON, Last Night. The Rev. D. C. Bates,' of the Meteorological Office, this evening wired as follows : Stormy weather has continued between. East Cape and Cape Campbell, but has moderated to-dav. Fair to cloudy weather ha s ruled elsewhere, with frosts inland at night. The barometer is now very high everywhere, but shows a falling tendency this afternoon. Present indications are. for moderate to strong easterly winds prevailing and northward of Cook Strait, and northerlies elsewhere soon. Fair to cloudy weather is probable generally, misty at times on the coasts, especially in the northern and southernmost districts. The barometer has a falling tendency everywhere.
