(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) uVJAKTON, Last Night. During building operations at the White Ha,rt Hotel, a lovry backed into the support of the .scaffolding, displacing it. A heavy plank fell on,to Robert Martin, wiia was working underneath, dislocating his right shoul-der-blade and cutting his head and leg, necessitating several stitches bering ' put in. He was also badl.v shaken.
