LOOTERS AWAITING TRIAL. (Received Last Night, 9.30 o'clock.> DAYTON, April 1. At Ai ville and Wright, numbers cf families \vorevcut off by the flood. They fled to higher grounds, but narrowly escaped with their lives. Forty looters are awaiting trial by court-martial. The position is now normal. ■Cairo, in Illinois, is threatened* and soldiea-s have been despatched to strengthen the river levees.
