When posting a parcel for which a return receipt, 19 desired the sender will fill in a card, to be obtained at any post office. The card will be forwarded with the parcel, and the addressee requested to sign the re-, ceipt, which will than be returned to 'sender through the post. No claims for oompensation far-the loss of a parcel in the post office will entertained unless a retxmi-reoeipt paid for by sender when posting a parcel. Parcels: From January Ist, 1918, the Inland Parcel Rates will be reduced to 8d for the first pound and a lid far each eucceedisg pound.
