When posting a parcel for which a return receipt is desired the sender twill fill in a card, to be obtained at any post office. The card will be forwarded with the parcel, and the addressee requested to sign the receipt, which will then be returned to sender through the post. No claims for compensation for the loss of a parcel in the post office will entertained unless a retunweceipt paid for by sender when posting a parcel.'
