AUSTRALIA'S CONTRIBUTION. STRONGLY CRITICISED BY LABOURITES. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) SYDNEY, March 21. The .Labour Council has adopted a resolution that the Federal Government should at least grant the Mount Lyell. Disaster Fund, a donation equal to its contribution to the Scott fund: One speakej-sdeclared that the Federal Government had fallen over themselves to "kowtow" and indulge in hero worship, while they had forgotten those «t their own door. Another described the Government's Scott oontribxition as a hysterical outburst of mock .patriotism.
