PLAN OF REV ISION AGREED TO .(Received Last Night, 10.30 o'clock.) WASHINGTON, Mardh 18. The Democrats in both Houses have agreed to a plan for the revision of the tariffs. Harmony prevails in the Senate and Lower Hoxjso. while the Senate is agreeing to accept greater reductions than were approved l«Vst session. The Wool Bill is likely to be hotly opposed by tllie Republicans. DUTY ON WOOL REDUCED. (Received Last Nisrht, .10.20 ooclock.) WASHINGTON, March , 19. A democratic majority in the House voted to make a duty of five per cent on raw wool ad valorem, with, substantial reductions in the present rates on woollen' manufactures, the lines of the previous Wool Bill to_ be followed. The Committee of Ways and Means placed meat on the free list, leaving cattle dutiable.
