' 1. The Athletic Events will be run under the Rules of the New Zealand Athletic Association. 2 Trotting Events will be run under the Rules of the New Zealand Trotting Association. Every rider is to register at a fee of Is for the day. • -c 3 Competitors in the Athletic Events must send in a list of performances for the past two years; if > no wins, marks for starts from previous events must be stated. 4 Nominations for Events Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 13, 14, 17 and 18, close with the secretary, E. The Committee reserve the right to postpone the Sports if the weather is unfavourable. 9. The Committee reserve the right to alter the order in which the event will be run. 10. No first prze will be given unless three starters; no second prize j unless five starters; no third prize unless seven starters. 11. No Nominated horses in trotting events will be allowed to gallop and run as pace-makers to competing horses. 12. All horses, competing in local events must be in the district 2 months prior to date of sports, and must be bona fide property of nominator. ADMISSION TO GROUND: Adults Is.
