CITIZENS' EASTER CARNIVAL. 'NEWTOWN PARK, WELLINGTON SATURDAY, SUNDAY, MONDAY, MARCH 22nd, 23rd, and 24th. MONSTER PROGRAMME include displays by 600 School Children, 500 Cadets, 200 Boy Scouts, Boxing Tournament, Dozens of Side Shows, all kinds of Stalls,, Amateur Athletic Sports, Fireworks Display.
