LONDON, WOOL SALES. The New Zealand. Loa.n and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited,have received the following cablegram from- theiiv London House: "As compared with last, sales' closing rates, prices are higher about par to 5 per cent, for lambs, greasy merino super, coarse scoured' NT bred, scoured merino super, scoured merino m>edinpi; prices about the same for merino X bred, medium greasy X bred, fine scoured X" bred';- prices are about 5 pea* cent. Higher for X bred slips, liigher about 5" to 71 per cent for X Bred lambs, -coarse greasy X bred, lower about par to 5 per cent, for greasy merino inferior. The demand still continues, although' not so brisk.
